THE TURKISH WORLD ECONOMY FORUM 2024 (TDEF) WAS SUCCESSFULLY HELD IN THE CAPITAL CITY OF AZERBAIJAN, BAKU, ON MAY 2-3
This significant event, organized by the Azerbaijan Franchise Association (AFA) and the Azerbaijan Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Association (KOBSKA), was aimed at promoting economic cooperation and integration in the region.
TDEF saw extensive participation from Turkish world countries such as Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Hungary, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Additionally, numerous investors and business people from countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Japan, Qatar, Russia, and Egypt also attended the forum.
The opening speech of the forum was delivered by President Assoc. Prof. Mustafa Aydın, addressing the economic cooperation and investment potential of the region. Aydın’s emphasis on the strategic importance and spirit of cooperation contributed to the successful progress of the forum. TDEF was organized to evaluate the economic potential of the Turkish world, discuss cooperation opportunities, and strengthen regional economic integration. The forum provided participants with the opportunity to explore new business and investment opportunities regionally and globally. Through interactive sessions, panels, and business meetings, participants found the opportunity to overcome obstacles to regional development and collaborate in line with common interests.
