UFRAD EVALUATES CURRENT SECTOR DYNAMICS THROUGH MEMBER VISITS
UFRAD Franchise Association continues to assess the current landscape of the sector, the needs of member brands, and recent developments through a series of member visits conducted in recent weeks. During these visits, led by the Board of Directors, comprehensive discussions were held with members on franchisee–franchisor relations, branding processes, and growth strategies.
The visits also provided an opportunity to address key topics such as operational challenges, steps toward digitalization, new investment plans, and expectations regarding the future of the franchise sector. Members were able to share their brand experiences and receive up-to-date information on the association’s ongoing activities.
UFRAD’s Board of Directors emphasizes that regular member visits play an important role in closely monitoring sector needs directly on the ground and in strengthening communication channels with brands. These engagements contribute to more effective planning of the association’s initiatives and to enhancing sector-wide collaboration.
UFRAD will continue its member visit program in the coming period, closely following the development of the franchise ecosystem and working to develop solutions aligned with the expectations of its members.
