INTERNATIONAL RETAIL SUMMIT HELD IN BAKU

The International Retail Summit was held in Baku, Azerbaijan, on September 21, organized in collaboration with the Business Center Club, UFRAD Franchise Association, Franchising.market, and the CEO Platform. The summit began with an opening speech by the President, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın.

The participation of numerous investors and entrepreneurs from Turkish Republics, Russia, neighboring countries, and the MENA region attracted attention. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Aydın emphasized the role of the retail sector in global economic developments, evaluating the impacts of innovations in digitalization, sustainability, and customer experience on the industry. He also highlighted the importance of trade cooperation between Türkiye and Azerbaijan and the reflections of the strong ties between the two countries in the retail sector.
