DIGITAL TRADE AND BRANDING DISCUSSED AT THE INTERNATIONAL RETAIL SUMMIT IN BAKU

At the International Retail Summit held in Baku, Azerbaijan, Mr. Mesut Süren, a member of UFRAD and founder of Franchising.market, moderated the panel titled “The Future of Digital Trade,” with Mr. Ali İhsan Tuğ, General Manager of Armiya Technology, as a speaker.

Mr. Mesut Süren provided a comprehensive perspective on the evolution and future of digital trade, emphasizing the effects of digitalization on competition and customer experience in today’s retail world. He shared detailed information on how brands can cope with these changes. Mr. Ali İhsan Tuğ conveyed significant insights about the role of technology in the retail sector and the strategies of brands in the digital transformation process.

Additionally, Mr. Süren explained the importance of branding in another panel. He stated that branding not only forms a business’s identity but also lays the foundation for providing trust and value to consumers. He expressed that a strong brand not only fosters customer loyalty but also helps to stand out in competition. Mr. Mesut Süren emphasized that branding is not limited to visual elements; it is also related to the impression it leaves in the minds of consumers.
