
UFRAD EVENTS AND COLLABORATION COMMITTEE HELD ITS FIRST MEETING
The UFRAD Events and Collaboration Committee, established to increase the diversity of events in the franchise sector, strengthen corporate representation, and develop sustainable partnerships, held its first meeting on May 30, 2025. Led by Committee Chair Özgen Kart, the committee members conducted comprehensive evaluations during the meeting.
It was emphasized that events under the UFRAD umbrella should not only focus on organizational aspects but also serve as structures that build connections with members and strengthen corporate identity. For the new term, it was noted that combining different types of events such as training sessions, out-of-town visits, press communications, and member networking would be beneficial.
Gathering information on the content, efficiency, and formats of past events was highlighted as a valuable resource to enrich the planning for the new term. Special attention was drawn to the need to further develop “Round Table” style meetings. Additionally, the importance of ensuring strong corporate unity at events through UFRAD’s logo, language, stage management, and messaging was underscored.
