DOUBLE SUCCESS FOR UFRAD MEMBERS AT THE SHOPPING ECONOMY SUMMIT
Held on December 9, 2025, the Shopping Economy Summit brought together leading representatives of the retail and branded chain sectors, while also highlighting the achievements of UFRAD members within their respective industries. Within the scope of the summit, brands operating under the UFRAD umbrella were honored with prestigious awards in recognition of their strong performance and contributions to the sector.
As part of the event, TAB Gıda, a member of the UFRAD Board of Directors, was awarded the title of “No. 1 Self-Service Restaurant Brand of the Year” with its Burger King brand. The award was granted based on the brand’s extensive operational network, customer satisfaction–oriented service approach, and sustained leadership in the restaurant industry. With this recognition, Burger King once again reinforced its strong position in the quick-service restaurant segment.
At the same event, UFRAD Member Atasay received the “No. 1 Jewelry & Accessories Brand of the Year” award. Atasay stood out as a leading brand in the jewelry and accessories sector with its strong brand awareness, innovative product range, and consistent growth performance.
The awards presented at the Shopping Economy Summit reflected the positioning of companies operating in the retail and branded chain sectors within current market dynamics and highlighted the competitive structure of the industry as a whole.
